The small fleet that has to be tidy
Every rental car is registered by looking up the plate or VIN — all DMR data follows automatically. Attach tags to break the fleet into categories like "small", "large" or "EV", and add free-text notes with extras and special terms.
When the rental car is attached to a calendar group marked "rental", it is recorded as a resource in the calendar. Rental periods with start, end and customer show as blocks — and the system prevents double-booking by blocking overlaps. A car already reserved cannot be booked again in the same period.
