1. Introduction

Welcome to ZiiX ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our platform at app.ziix.eu or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our software.

2. Use of the Service

ZiiX provides a cloud-based management platform for automotive workshops. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all users under your account comply with these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ZiiX.
• You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized parties.
• You must not use the service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access ZiiX, you must register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. ZiiX is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

ZiiX offers subscription-based plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Add-on Modules

Certain features, such as Unlimited SMS and Analytics & Reports, are available as optional add-on modules at an additional monthly fee. Add-ons are billed alongside your base subscription and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and materials on the ZiiX platform are the property of ZiiX or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of ZiiX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using ZiiX, you consent to such processing.

8. Uptime and Availability

We strive to maintain a service uptime of 99.9%. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will notify users in advance of planned downtime where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZiiX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of ZiiX after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
