The bits the workshop should not worry about
Each integration is configured once under Settings → Integrations and then runs by itself. Invoices flow automatically to E-conomic, parts come from AD Danmark's catalogue in one click, MobilePay payments reconcile automatically when the customer approves, and customer portal magic links are sent via Postmark.
Connection status is shown in real time, and a test button verifies each integration instantly. When something fails, it's caught in the log and the flow system — so you notice problems before the customer does.

E-conomic — accounting
Invoices, orders and quotes sync to E-conomic at every step of the sales flow.
Documents automatically
Quotes, orders, invoices and credit notes are created and updated in E-conomic without manual action.
Customers and products
New customers and items are created automatically in E-conomic on first use — and kept up to date.
Dimensions
Customer groups, shops and product groups can be synced as dimensions for advanced reporting.
Master data from E-conomic
VAT types, VAT zones, payment terms, accounts and currencies are pulled from E-conomic.

AD Danmark — parts
AD Danmark's complete parts catalogue is available directly in the order and package flow.
Direct catalogue access
Search by plate, TecDoc ID or VIN in AD Danmark's own catalogue.
Pull cart into the order
In one click, every selected part is imported with cost price and recommended sales price as order lines.
Real-time stock status
Every line shows a colour-coded badge: green (local stock), yellow (central warehouse), red (out of stock).
Sync 3× daily
Stock data updates automatically at 05:00, 10:00 and 14:00 — only for open documents.
MobilePay — payment
Direct payment request
Send a request to the customer's phone via MobilePay — the customer approves in the app.
Automatic reconciliation
A Vipps webhook confirms the payment and the invoice is marked paid automatically.
Test environment
Try the full payment flow without real transactions.
